How to get Flame Director
- Run the Spirited Away raid. It is Nightmare difficulty only.
- Collect the Staff of Homa and Ghost drops.
- Use them to awaken Hu Tao (in-game name Flame Director).
Flame Director is raid-only and cannot be summoned.
